Spencer was baptised on July 15, 2001. Our parish pastor, Fr. Gerry (right) conducted the cermony. When we arrived, he gave us the option of having Spencer completely immersed for his baptism. On the left you see the most g-rated photo of his actual baptism that we have.

Here are Spencer's godparents, Mary and Joseph. No, I did not make that up, those are really their names. No, that's not why we picked them. In fact, we only realized that we had done this when we were at the church, before the cermony. We amuse ourselves. Mary is also Matthew's future mother-in-law as her daughter has announced her intention to marry Matthew. (We won't mention that she also plans to marry Spencer.) Joe is also Matthew and Spencer's uncle. He's Kevin's younger brother. The #2 son is godfather to the #2 son-- I just figured that out.... Hey, I said we amused ourselves.
