Wedding Pictures Page Three!

 

I really wish I could have scanned this one better!

When Matthew looks at this photo, he takes turns --sometimes he says, "Uncle Mike!" first, sometimes he says "Auntie Nancy!" first! But he always knows them!

There's another thing Matthew always remembers from Auntie Nancy. Auntie Nancy traced his hand on his Magna Doodle toy. Now Matthew always asks us to trace his hand on his toy or paper!

You might be wondering why I didn't crop this photo more-- but do you see that smiling man there behind Uncle Mike? That's Fr. Jerry (well, Msgr. Jerry.) He's been a friend of the Kleins forever (so to speak.) He married Mike and Nancy, baptized all 5 boys, Eric's middle name is Jerome in honor of Fr. Jerry, and although this was our first time meeting him, I can tell you, he was an extremely nice and sweet gentleman (even when Uncle Mike accidently referred to him as Grandpa at breakfast one day...)

Fr. Jerry flew to Kansas City from St. Louis to concelebrate Andrew and Erin's Wedding Mass. The other celebrant was, I kid you not, Fr. Thomas Tank.

(One of Matthew's very favorite obsessions is Thomas the Tank Engine...)
